Processing Time

Every order is hand-checked and prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing after your payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

During drops, restocks, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience — quality takes time.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99 — Free on orders over $75
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99 — Must be placed before 12PM EST

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after it's sent.

You can track your package anytime through our 

Contact Page or directly on the carrier's website.

 


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark deliveries early
  3. Reach out to us via our Contact Page within 7 days of the delivery date

JCK Approved is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.


Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address after ordering? Contact us immediately through our 

Contact Page. We can only make changes before your order has been fulfilled.
